Pampering4life Healthy Living Corner: No Depression Tonic
1 cup Apple Juice
1 Tbsp Brewer's Yeast
1 Tbsp Blue-Green, Spirulina, or Chlorella Algae
1 Tbsp Lecithin Granules
1 tsp Ginseng Granules or Extract
This liquid plant medicine contains lots of antidepressive compounds in the form of vitamin B12, spirulina, and brewer's yeast. This is a great tonic for a healthy nervous system.
